You post is right on target with Susan, success is when preparation meets opportunity. When the opportunity came along she was prepared. I find with small business owners they are always seeking the opportunity but have spent little on no time preparing, thinking that IF they land a Whale they will gear up for it then....how many businesses fail because of that very mentality!
